signature pier extending out over the Atlantic Ocean. Its island architecture is
inspired by the many types of homes found on our islands.

There are two floor plans to choose from, with either 3,423 sq. ft. or 3,508 sq.
ft. of living space under air. In addition, each home will feature a private pool,
dockage for your boating needs and top-of-the-line appointments.

Amenities include a gated main entrance, tennis courts, boat storage, boat
basin, boat ramp, and of course, our pier. You’ll also find individual generators
for each home.
